Antioxidant Vanilla Beet Smoothie

Prep Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup coconut milk (can add an additional 1/3 cup depending on consistently you prefer)

  2. 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice

  3. 1 frozen banana

  4. 2 cooked @lovebeets

  5. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  6. Cinnamon

  7. 1 tbsp ground flax

  8. 1 tbsp almond butter


Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Optional to top with a sprinkle of granola!
