The addition of bell pepper packs in a ton of antioxidants like Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and potassium.

Bell Pepper Hummus
Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2- 1 15oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (removing any excess skins)
1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
1/2 pepper (to taste)
1 Tbsp Trader Joe's za’atar seasoning
1 whole orange bell pepper
1/4 cup olive oil, adding slowly while blending to desired consistency
Optional add-in’s: 1 clove garlic, juice from 1/2 a lemon, 1-2 tbsp tahini
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients to a high power blender
Blend until smooth and add to a serving bowl
Sprinkle with extra za’atar seasoning if desired
Enjoy with warm pita wedges and/or your favorite veggies
