Coconut vanilla protein balls🥥🤍🌴


These perfect on-the-to snack or treat when you’re craving something sweet and tropical 😋 these are also packed with protein to keep you super satisfied!


These protein balls are made using dates, giving them the perfect chewy texture and touch of sweetness. They are also filled with gut friendly, fiber rich ingredients like rolled oats, ground flax, and chia.


What’s great about this recipe is that you can mix it up and add your favorite flavors. You can use any kind of nut butter, protein powder, white or dark chocolate chips, nuts or seeds. The possibilities are endless🙌🏼


 

Coconut Vanilla Protein Balls

Prep Time: 15 minutes


Ingredients:

  1. 15 dates

  2. 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter

  3. 2 tbsp honey or agave

  4. 1/4 cup water

  5. 2 cups rolled oat

  6. 4 scoops vanilla protein

  7. 2 scoops collagen

  8. 1/2 cup flax

  9. 2 tbsp chia seeds

  10. 1/3-1/2 cup white chocolate chips

  11. Shredded coconut

  12. Sliced almonds


Instructions:

  1. Add the following ingredients to a blender: dates (add to a bowl with warm water for a few minutes first to soften and then remove pits), peanut butter or almond butter,honey or agave, water to get to a paste-like consistency (start with about 1/4 cup and add more as needed)

  2. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl.

  3. Combine with the following ingredients and stir well: rolled oats, vanilla protein, collagen, flax + chia seeds, white chocolate chips.

  4. Pour shredded coconut and sliced almonds in a bowl. Roll the dough into balls, then roll into the coconut/nut mixture.

  5. Place in rows in a tupperware container and then refrigerate to cool.

  6. Keep stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
