This recipe is the the perfection combination of sweet and tart. Using fresh cranberries, fresh lemon, and naturally sweetened with dates and cinnamonâš
Better than store-bought, not to mention extra delicious and made with all whole food ingredients! Ready in about 15 minutes!

Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 12oz bag fresh cranberries, washed
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup water
2 tsp cinnamon
Juice from 1 lemon
1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and cover for 5 minutes.
Reduce to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Continue cooking, for about 15 minutes or so, or until all or most of the cranberries have popped. I like to leave a few of the berries whole.
Let cool completely. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
